Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping method
will be available. We ship using USPS or UPS in the continental United States. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Additional shipping and handling charges may be necessary for oversize/overweight items.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the
total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. These fees do not necessarily soley represent UPS rates and
may include handling charges levied by Las Vegas Harley-Davidson.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify part fitment information. No refunds will be issued due to
incorrect fitment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check all laws to verify legality of product
purchased. No refunds will be issued due to illegality of purchased product. Hazardous materials are not able to
be shipped. These include batteries, aerosol cans, paint, oil, etc. Orders for these items may put your order
on suspension, or subject the order to cancellation.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. Depending on the shipping service to the designated area,
this is possible in most cases. To facilitate a Rush Order, the merchandise must be in stock and your order approved by the credit issuing account.
It is our objective that your order arrives safely and secure. You will be provided with a Delivery Confirmation
number by e-mail. Orders may be shipped with a signature confirmation. You have the option to waive this
requirement.

- First-Class Mail Parcel
You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days using USPS First-Class Mail Parcel. Packages may include boxes, or
thick envelopes for orders that may only contain decals, patches, pins, or golf balls. This does not apply to jewelry orders of any kind. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and value of the total order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
- 2 to 3 Day, (USPS Priority Mail)
You can expect delivery within 2-3 business days using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs for orders placed on
this site are based on the weight and value of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for
your order during Checkout.
- Standard, (UPS Ground)
You can expect delivery within between 3-5 business days using UPS Ground. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are
based on the weight and value of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. UPS does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day.
Saturday delivery is available however, please be aware the UPS charge for this service is a premium rate. You may contact the Customer Service Department to discuss service availability and pricing.
- Two Day Air, (UPS 2nd Day Air)
You can expect delivery by the end of the second business day using UPS. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with
the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. UPS does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day. Saturday delivery is available however, please be aware the UPS charge for this service is a premium rate.
You may contact the Customer Service Department to discuss service availability and pricing.
To ship expedited orders, the following guidelines must be met:
- Orders must be received by Noon Pacific Time.
- Orders must be received no later than Wednesday.
- Subject to availability of merchandise in stock.
For orders received after Noon Pacific Time on Wednesdays, please contact the Customer Service Department to discuss UPS Next Day Air options.
- Next Day Air, (UPS Next Dair Air Option)
You can expect delivery by the next business day to all 50 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are
based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. UPS does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day. You may contact the Customer Service Department to discuss service availability and pricing.
To ship expedited orders, the following guidelines must be met:
- Orders must be received by Noon Pacific Time.
- Orders must be received no later than Thursday.
- Subject to availability of merchandise in stock.
Orders received no later than Noon on Thursdays can be shipped Next Day Air with delivery on Friday. Orders received no later than Noon on Friday can be shipped Next Day Air with delivery on Saturday. However,
please be aware the UPS charge for this service is a premium rate.

Signature Confirmation is available at an additional fee. With Signature Confirmation service from USPS, you get the date,
zip code, and time your package was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery.
You can access this information from the USPS at www.usps.com.
Signature Confirmation is available for Priority Mail shipping.
With Signature Confirmation service from UPS, UPS will obtain the recipient's signature and provide you with a printed copy.
You may also view the recipient's signature online at www.ups.com.

Miliatry APO/FPO Addresses
Las Vegas Harley-Davidson is pleased to support our troops, and to make a broader range of products than ever
available to them wherever they may be stationed.
APO and FPO Shipping Address Instructions (see examples below)
Special Characters - Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.) when entering
your address.
- For Army, Navy and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number in the "Address" field.
For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.
- In the "Address Line 2", enter optional military command or organizationname (e.g. USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).
- In the "City" field, enter APO or FPO.
Please note: Our fulfillment partners cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO for military shipments. Entering a city
other than APO or FPO will result in delays in your order being processed, or potentially cancelled. Only enter the city and
not a combination of city and state in this field. This will also result in delays/cancellation of your order.
(Incorrect: APO AE, AE) Please review your entry for accuracy.
- On the "State" line, select one of the following:
AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
AA - Armed Forces Americas
AP - Armed Forces Pacific
- On the "Zip/Postal Code" line, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. Your military ZIP code must start
with a 0 or 9. Any other zip codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in processing delays/cancellation of
your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of your military ZIP code.
- On the "Country" line, use the default choice of USA.
- In the "Phone" field, we suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside (the field does not
accept international numbers).

Order Status
You can access your current order status by visiting: https://shop.lvhd.com/MyAccount.
Login with your username and password to see your account settings. Click on the 'My Orders' link to view a list of your orders with Las Vegas Harley-Davidson. The 'Status' column will
contain one of the following:
- New Order: orders that have been completed by a customer.
- Processing: displays orders that currently being worked on and processed.
- Pending: there was a problem with your order. We will contact you with further instructions via e-mail. Your order cannot be processed until we have made contact with you.
- Charged: your credit card or other payment has been successfully charged. Please note that you may no longer make changes to your order.
- Shipped: out of our warehouse and on the road! An e-mail will be sent to your account address with the tracking link. Package tracking information may be delayed on the carrier's website according to update frequency.
- Pending Shipment: the transaction was successful. Your order is being assembled and packaged for shipping. If there will be any delays with one or more items from your order, we will contact you immediately vial e-mail. If it is an urgent matter, we will call you.
- Cancelled: the entire order has been cancelled.

Holiday Shipping
Delivery of Las Vegas Harley-Davidson orders is subject to the schedule of the two shipping carriers, USPS and UPS, that specify available shipping dates.

International Orders
Additional shipping charges will be added to international orders. Charges will
be based on the weight & overall dimensions of the package. Additional insurance
fees may apply based on the value of the order. These charges are specific to the
destination of the country. Las Vegas Harley-Davidson is not responsible for any
delay incurred by the Customs Declaration Department.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
We offer free shipping on MotorClothes merchandise orders totaling $300 or more that are shipped only within
the United States. This includes orders shipped to APO addresses. Promotion does not include orders on parts & accessories.

Special Order/Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to maintain a level of inventory to meet your requests for merchandise, an
item may be out of stock at the time your order is received. Every attempt will be made to accommodate
your request. If the item is still available from the vendor or our corporate distribution center, it
will be special ordered for you. The turnaround time for special orders is generally 7-10 business
days. You will be notified by e-mail or phone by the Customer Service Department. You have the
option to substitute another item or cancel the original request. There are no extra charges for
any item that is special ordered unless a request is made for expedited shipping. This can be discussed
at the time the Customer Service Department contacts you.
Occasionally, a special ordered item may be placed on Backorder and a longer turnaround time will be assigned
to the delivery date. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order if desired. If an item becomes
obsolete and is therefore no longer available for ordering, you will be advised in advance and a refund
will be applied to your credit card account. |
Returns
What is the return or exchange policy?
If an order is incorrect, you must contact the customer service department to resolve
the error. At that time, it will be determined whether an exchange or refund will
be processed. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify part fitment information. No refunds will be
issued due to incorrect fitment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check all laws to verify
legality of product purchased. No refunds will be issued due to illegality of purchased product.
Return Shipping: Return items via prepaid USPS or UPS. It is recommended
that your shipment is insured for the full value of the purchase. Use original packaging.
We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Enclose a copy
of your packing list or email invoice along with detailed instructions.

Sales Tax
As required, we must charge sales tax for orders delivered to the states of Nevada and Utah.

Bank Wire Transfers
In the event that Las Vegas Harley-Davidson requests a payment be made by wire
transfer, the Customer Service Department will contact you and provide the information for
the procedure to follow. The issuing bank will charge a fee for this transaction. The amount
of the fee is determined by your bank and will be a separate charge from the purchase price. Such
transactions generally are completed within 7 business days.
